Hoshi

A young electric elementalist who is trying to keep up with the rest of his family who are powerful Wells. Since he's only an elementalist, is the youngest, and is completely mute, his family considers him the runt. He tries really hard to hold his own and impress his family, but it's pretty futile.

He's an inventor that makes little machines that could qualify as fidget toys or novelties. His family doesn't think that he's a real inventor because he hasn't made anything groundbreaking or world-changing yet, but he doesn't have any ideas yet and is instead trying to keep his skills sharp with little things.

He's very clumsy and his electricity powers hurt him to use (any electric charge he sends out gets inflicted back onto him as well), so he's always stocking up on more bandages, ice packs, over the counter pain relievers, and antibacterial creams. Along with the fact that he shocks things on accident, he's almost always injured in some way.

The stars that float around his head in his ref are really there and a part of his design.
