Design Terms of Use
*Absolutely no claiming/stealing/copying/heavily referencing/heavily coloring picking my designs
*No deleting my designs off of toyhouse, whether or whether not you sell them to someone with out one.
*No selling my designs in under 7 days of owning them unless it involves gifting to another user.
*It is okay to redesign the character as long as it is still recognizable by some of it's features and color palette.
*You are allowed to change the species of my characters, HOWEVER, this requires MY decision as well. If the species interferes with the TOS of another species, barely changed and claimed as a "new species" entirely, or is a straight up rip off of a pre-existing species (I have my own opinions on this as well), you will either have to refrain from changing the species to that species and stick with or choose another species, return them to me (I will gladly pay for them back in order to be fair), or be blacklisted and unable to own future designs of mine.

*You are allowed to place any character of mine in a dreamie folder, I don't mind! However, PLEASE DO NOT OFFER IF THE CHARACTER IS NOT FOR SALE. I will be tagging all my characters properly and once I do, I will list out what is and isn't up for offers.
