"I LOVE busting Cogs!"

Based on my original toon from Toontown Online, Penny is my main Toontown Rewritten character. She's always willing to lend a hand to whoever needs it, but will also spam lure until it works. Her name comes from one of the fifteen original dalmatian pups from 101 Dalmatians, as I was obsessed with that movie as a kid. She is also very sentimetal to me as she reminds me of a lot of happy childhood memories. Sorta acts as a self-insert as well.

Her best friend is McPoof (my IRL friend's toon), and her romantic intrest is Cent (my Toontown: Corporate Clash toon). She owns a doodle named Vincent.
