He's a college drop out who figured maybe just taking to the streets and being a menace there would make his ends meet. Ring his bell, even. That's when the apocalypse hit, however, and suddenly all those years of being a scrappy little nuisance who broke into cars and looted stores is coming into use. Harley is a guy of few words. Has been like that ever since he was infected. Spends a lot of time trying to move up in the world, even if it's been turned on its head.
