Last in a long line for the Frozen Throne, Aera is granted her wish of travelling freely. Naive and unknowledgable about the world, Aera travels with only her familiar, Finley.

She hasn't been on the road for all that long when she runs into Crowe and Adhira, and they readily accept her to the party once she shows interest. After various discussions, it's decided they'll head to Aera's home, where the elders of her clan may know something about Crowe's lost home.

After travelling home and finding out what they can, Aera recieves a trident and they all recieve the means to learn more spells.
