A witch who lives in the deepest seas of Falena and tends to keep to herself, those who seek her out are either desperate or fools.

Calm in both demeanor and voice, Cordelia appears to talk very little while giving even less information about herself to others. Whether she's hiding something or just prefers a degree of privacy is anyone's guess. She runs a magic shop in a cave along Alyconia's route, but no one who goes in ever seems to come back out...
Taught a mysterious thought-forgotten magic as a young child by an elderly mothcat, Cordelia eventually set up shop to put her teachings to good use. It's rumored that her spells and potions can solve any problem, and she eventually took on an apprentice of her own to keep up with demand.
All magic has a price, however, especially Old Magic- and her young apprentice disagreed with this. Fed up with Cordelia's perceived secrecy, her apprentice eventually fled back to the surface and left her to tend to her shop alone.

Cordie appears to be disinterested in discussing her former student, aside from occasional snide remarks hinting at some sort of disagreement between the two.
