About
Billy is not the most out going character, he tends to stay away from people as much as possible and sometimes likes to be alone. He does have many friends and he loves to goof off with people he is friends with. Billy loves his family and friends, he is shy and when he feels scared, or nervous, he tends to hold his tail out of anxiety a lot. He is the cutest baby. He is also emotionally and a little mentally challenged ever since the parental incident.
Billy was born in Wingsdale and lived with his parents there until they moved to the Cliffs when he was 7 years old. He lived there with them until they moved once again and for the final time, to a small town known as Prairie lands. The school was great and he learned a lot, and now that he was in the 10th grade he was confident in himself that he would make it to college. At the age of 13 his mother died from cancer. His father took care of him, doing his best as a single dad. Ever since the incident, they grew connected and learned how to move on

Story
Some signs and moving
When little Billy was born, he showed signs that he had mental problems, but it was quite minor. Yet as the years went, he was constantly being bullied, but he kept good on his grades and he did his very best to impress his teachers in school. He knew his mother had a terrible cough, and his father seemed to be constantly taking depression pills and going to therapists. His father was a troubled man, sometimes leaving the house and sometimes come home drunk, but he would never hurt his little boy. He tried to be the best dad but his depression only grew when they figured out that his mother was diagnosed with cancer. She fought chemotherapy for years and they moved different houses a lot, finally settling in the Prairie lands, where he felt he had a better chance at things.
The final move
On his first day in the 7th grade, he made some great friends at the school, their was barely any bullies, none at all! He also found many kids like him there! kids that were shy, nervous, or mentally challenged like him. He was happy at his new school.
the incident and moving on
It all seemed very well on his first two years. He made many good friends with the teachers and students in his new high school. he loved it in the small town of Prairie lands. Yet one day, he was in the 9th grade and he was walking home when he seen an ambulance rushing straight to his house, having come up on the scene his mother was dragged away from inside the house on a medical table, as they were helping her, they found out that she sadly passed away. His mental health only got worse knowing his mother was gone, and his father wasn't doing much better either. They had the funeral and Billy's father promised him that he would do his best as a single dad. He changed his ways and stopped drinking, going to see a therapist and set Billy with one too. As the days went by Billy grew closer with his dad, they did everything together. He did his best and succeeded on being a single parent. They moved on just as his mother wanted them to.

- Billy was always afraid and knew that his father's fate might happen, so he tried to stay home as much as possible despite school.
- Billy is a one-of-a-kind kid, he is a cool mix breed and he is very fun once you get to know him.
- Billy likes to live alone but enjoys the company of his friends, especially Butch.
- Billy can speak 3 different languages English, Spanish, and German, he was taught by his grandparents.
- He hates deep water, he gets so scared of sinking in the dark depths.
