Saiyun is an odd individual to most that cross his path. Outwardly, he is a mystifying, alluring man who's visage turns people's gazes towards him and makes them wonder if he is some sort of a royalty. Yet past his looks, Saiyun is naive to a fault, if not downright ignorant. He seems to know nothing of modern life and stumbles through the cities through sheer impulse, never quite knowing what he's doing. In reality, this is due to him being a dragon born in Othard, glamored to pass as a humanoid being. He wishes to learn more of the world and travel it, but fears his true self would either scare people off or get him killed.

- Obsessed with shiny stuff, like a little magpie. Collects jewelry.
- Enjoys exploring cities, but actually prefers quiet spots in the nature.
