By commissioning me for art or buying a design from me, you are agreeing to these terms of service.

General
• You do not have permission to use my art to train AI, to use on a blockchain, to resell, to mint into an NFT to edit, to claim as your own, etc.
• You may not repost my art without explicit permission.
• I have a right to refuse service to anybody for any reason.
• My turn around times can be anywhere from same day to a few months. If you need a specific deadline, please mention that upfront and I'll be glad to work with you.
• I don't normally send wips unless asked or if I have a question, but I'm always happy too if they're wanted.
• For any transactions, I currently accept USD ($) through Paypal. The service I use may be subject to change as I am open to alternatives.

Art
• Only the commissioner of the art has permission to use the art as an icon/header/etc. unless the art involves a character belong to a third party. Then, they may use it as well.
• Please do not repost to social media like twitter/tumblr/dA/etc. You may post to character storage sites, however, like TH/charahub/etc. with proper credit.
• The art is not to be used commercially for profit, such as prints/buttons/apparel/etc. However, the commissioner may make one-off personal items for themself.
• Please do not edit the art without permission. Hue shifting is fine though and does not count as editing.
• I usually post finished artwork to various discord servers, dA, and th, but if you would like me to refrain from posting, feel free to ask! I don't mind.

Designs
• You may edit any designs so long as they are still recognizable as the original design.
• You may make alternate forms, but they need to stay with the original design if theyre ever traded.
• You may resell the design, but only for the same amount you got them for. You may add onto the price if art is added, however.
• You are allowed to private / auth only the designs you own from me, but please do not delete them off the site.
• Please do not use them commercially unless we come up with some sort of deal. I don't normally offer a price/rate for commercial rights, but I'm open to having a discussion if you're wanting them.

Will Draw
• Canon and Fanon Fandom Characters
• OC x Canon
• Characters of any race, gender, sexuality, or ability
• Humans and Humanoids
• Ferals, MLP, Pokemon, etc.
• Furries / Anthro Characters
• Some Robots and Mechanical Characters
• Monsters and Original Species

Won't Draw
• Drug use, including marijuana
• Racism, Sexism, Homophobia, Transphobia, Antisemitism, etc.
• Anything to do with Alt Right / White Supremacy / Nazism
• Sexual NSFW and Fetishes of any Kind, including "SFW" Fetishes
• Extreme Gore/Violence, Abuse, Rape, etc.
• Highly Exagerrated Anatomy in the sense of humongous breasts or muscles
• Extreme Mechanical Detail

Blacklist
Being on the blacklist just means I do not wish for them to acquire any more of my designs nor do I wish to do any art for them. The majority of these are for personal and/or comfort reasons. Please do not bother or harass any of these people. The aliases listed are all the ones that I currently know, but extends to others that I don't know as well.
