fireflywing is a socially awkward but sweet tom. when first meeting him, he is shy and awkward, but with some warming up, he can be a humorous and chatty young tom. he loves his friends, family and clanmates dearly.
fireflywing has a tendency to come off as cold and suspicious towards others due to deep insecurities. he fears that others secretly hate him, and worries about how others percieve him.

fireflywing was born alongside his brother, nectarfang, to ex-windclan warrior aspenpelt and skyclan mediator larkstep. his kithood was normal, and he enjoyed normal kit activities, like playing mossball and wandering about camp. however, things changed after he survived a (currently unspecified) traumatic incident. as a result, fireflykit withdrew from others, rarely leaving the nursery and prefering to stick close to his parents.
fireflypaw was apprentinced to frondheart, who gradually helped him through his recovery. he made a friend out of another skyclan apprentice, plumpaw (now plumheart)
