please note that i am not obligated to state a reason as to why anyone is on here besides a small description if i choose to provide one. if you don't respect my blacklist which is very clearly right next to the "transfer character" button you're getting blacklisted too.

wavedavei (extremely aggressive behaviour, thinking you can own colours on a colourpicked pride flag too rofl)

ramen_kun (just generally being controlling and weird asf)

mejimin (ripped off a bunch of my designs. i don't personally hold a grudge against what they did since they tried to refund everyone they scammed but im still definitely not comfortable with them owning any of my designs, but they're nice enough. i think they've learned from shady business practices too.)

heIIbent (just uncomfortable with them owning my designs (this excludes the one oc they already have designed by me, star, obviously.))

onimaws (ghosting me after offering to ab a character, didnt even respond when i said im taking the character off hold. for future reference to anyone reading ghosting is 

Jayilly (ignored tos, sold a design they got in a trade without adding any monetary value themself)

DO NOT DELETE ANY OF MY DESIGNS OFF TOYHOUSE!! there are no exceptions to this rule and if i catch you doing this you will be blacklisted. just don't sell them to someone who doesn't have a toyhouse, or if you desperately need to for whatever reason, either keep them on your account or ask if i can hold the character in my account for them (i'll privatize the character's profile if i ever have to do anything like this.)

once you own them, do whatever you want with them! edit the design, change up the colours, anything!

political stances and general opinions stated with artwork featuring my designs do not represent my own political opinions. once you own a design i cannot control what statements you make featuring them, but if you make me uncomfortable i will be blacklisting you from purchasing further designs created by me!

plz don't message me asking if i still have the files for my adopts so you can edit them, i only save the pngs and then delete the files right after so it's a default no because i don't have access to them anymore, i'm sorry!

do not make siblings/very similar ocs based off of my designs without my permission. at the very least if you insist on doing this, if you ever sell off the original design the sibling does NOT count as a seperate oc and must also be given to the new owner or entirely deleted.

if you got a character designed by me in a trade and have not drawn them or commissioned art of them, you are not permitted to sell them. basically, if you haven't added any monetary value to them yourself, don't sell them for money. you may trade them for other ocs or art. literally all it takes is even a little headshot sketch to add monetary value x_x
