Art is allowed, suits are allowed,ect
Additonal rules If character is one of my original species
traits that are not initially with the character design cant be added -if they dont have horns u cant add horns, if they dont have wings you cant add wings,ect
Existing traits can be altered within a species rules as long as it's still clearly the same character
