About
Mien is a mythic bird called "the Unseen Gaze" because of their natural curiosity but also extreme shyness at the same time. They often watch from the shadows and immediately escape when noticed.
Mien's species' natural ability is travelling between dimensions, which is a power no other species can posess. When he was younger, when he accidentally opened a portal for the first time, he got temporarily trapped on Earth. Mien was still very young at the time, and with no way out, he desperately started seeking help in this new, weird world. Eventually he was found by Noro, who was still a kitten at the time, that happened to be venturing the forest. Mien, even though needing help, got scared and started running away, but Noro curious and enthusiastic about the unknown creature captured him and brought him home and showed off to his mother. Kenen agreed on helping Mien and for some time nursed him together with Noro. After a few months, Mien managed to create a portal to his home world, but still visited Noro and Kenen from time to time, who he started to see as family. One time, when visiting Earth, Mien was witness to a horrid tragedy in which Noro appeared to have died. Traumatised after seeing his best friend's supposed death, he ran away and was too scared to come back. Only after a few years, he started visiting Earth again, but only to explore some new places and for nostalgia.

Mien is overall soft and timid. He's very shy, but easily gets attached. He's naturally curious and a fast learner. He strongly dislikes and discourages any kind of violence, and will always go for a peaceful option. He's kindhearted, sweet and spends as much time with his loved ones as he can, but often prefers being alone and just chilling somewhere high up in the trees.
