Stuart Mills

Stuart Mills is a very eccentric wizard. He is extremely joyful and comes up with the most random enchantments. He is also very skilled at golemacy, and makes all kinds of questionably sentient golems.

He runs a store called "Mills Artifice", where he sells his creations and potions, staffed entirely by him and his golems.

Don't be surprised if you find literal snake oil in his shop.
