Colton's Ownership

1. you may make any edits to my designs only as long as I’m credited for the creation of the design. if edits are made, the revamp/re-design may not be split from the original as a separate character. You're also required to have a saved version of the original stored somewhere.

2. you may not charge someone any sort of payment to co-own (or only have partial usage rights to) a design/character created by me. You also may not submit a second Toyhou.se profile of the character, the design may only have ONE toyhou.se profile. (In sta.sh is fine, I just don't want duplicates on T.H)

3. you may not create your own rules/terms of service on designs created by me. Owners of my designs are only asked to follow my terms of service as the creator and rules/terms placed by a third party are considered null/invalid.

4. you may not breed or make litters based off my designs (can only or as new/separate characters). DON'T make offspring designs or relative designs based off a design by me, I do not approve.

5. do not use or repost my designs if they do not belong to you. please respect the character owners.

6. do not remove or ask for the removal of my watermark/credit from my designs or their reference sheets. do not color over it or crop it out. you may relocate it/rewrite it if you’d really like, but if it’s there, keep it.

7. you may sell my designs if you got them in a trade, but only for what they’d reasonably be worth. if you’d like assistance with properly pricing/listing them, feel free to contact me (preferably on toyhouse). please do not over-price them, as they should only be worth what they’ve gotten in commissioned art and/or personal art.

8. do not make edits to my designs with the intention of changing them to look like someone else’s oc!

9. DON'T DELETE MY DESIGNS OFF TOYHOU.SE! if you resell them to someone who doesn't have an account, either put them to the side yourself as "sold" or contact me and I'll store them in an alternate storage account.

10. you will be blacklisted from owning designs by me if you can't follow the rules.
