A current co-manager of Sunny Day Farms, which he inherited from his family. Truly passionate about it, the farm has a lot of sentimental value for the guy! Romeo is a strong and fit person, as well as a friendly guy. Many people see Romeo as someone who is enthusiastic and active, often seen with a sunny smile on his face.

Romeo is a hard worker who always aims for his best! It’s almost ridiculous to some how a person could ever be so happy about his work, yet here he is. He has found a lot of joy on the farm, especially admiring the simple things about it all. You might find that Romeo is often the one trying to motivate everyone in his workplace, even if the other farmers aren't as eager about their jobs. Of course, this doesn’t mean work is everything for him. Once the cows come home, Romeo is someone who loves to be around his friends. He's outgoing and social, and he absolutely loves being around people! Perhaps a little bit clingy to his pals at times, but it’s never reached the point of harm. You might find that he’s a warm person who’s always ready to welcome others.

However, there’s a lot more behind that sunny demeanor of his. Maybe he doesn’t always look the part, but he can be really smart and skilled! Knowledgable in his field of expertise, Romeo is a fast learner, which comes in handy for effective planning and problem solving. He is also someone who’s responsible. Someone you can rely on for the job, Romeo always tries to keep the quality of his work excellent and is not afraid to take accountability when things don’t go well. Aware that work isn’t all fun, he knows his job as a manager. Romeo however, isn’t as easygoing as most assume. The truth is, Romeo's a guy who sometimes still has standards that are too high to reach, from business to even how he express himself. There have been times where he pushes himself too hard, and even times he loses his patience when things don't go right. Romeo is also one who may insist on doing everything himself, specifically when his co-workers start making small mistakes. Worse is when he's too stubborn to accept help. This is why at times, he may give the impression that he knows everything and can handle it all, overestimating his abilities. But if anything, Romeo is someone self-critical and struggles with overthinking. Prone to getting anxious, he does not loosen up easily. And even with his intelligence, he’s aware of his own shortcomings when managing his job. Yet, after years of believing that he's nothing if he doesn’t achieve a certain bar, Romeo fears showing his incompetence to others. Hence, he refuses to let others help, perhaps overworking to the point where he forgets to take care of himself. But the more overwhelmed he gets, the more mistakes he makes, and the more ashamed he’ll feel.

Despite the pressure he gives to himself, he’d never want to expect the same for others. While his anxiousness may make him doubt their efforts at times, he does not hold bash on others for their imperfections. He’s forgiving, and doesn’t judge them for it. If anything, Romeo often views people in a positive light, often focusing on their strenghts instead of their flaws. He’s often finds a way to praise others! Romeo is someone that’s willing to cheer and encourage his friends, and he just wishes the best for everyone really. And even if his work is his pride and joy, it’s not the number one thing in his life. Far from greedy, he will not make decisions that’ll benefit the farm if it’ll harm his surroundings. Especially if it’s his co-workers. If there is something he values over his farm, it’ll be his loved ones. When it comes to those closest to him, Romeo is someone who truly loves them and would do anything for them, even if it means risking the farm. He would never ask something that’ll hurt his loved, even if it’s supposedly benefits the farm. Alas, despite the fact it took time to open up about his problems, he eventually did. Yeah, he’s aware that they know his weak spots, but overtime he’s learned that it’s also okay. It has been years then since he reached out, and he’s gotten way better than before. Though he’ll admit, he couldn’t have done it without the help of his pals. He loves them a whole lot! Romeo is grateful to have them by his side. They are family to him at this point, and he wouldn’t want anything better.
