ANYONE NOT FOLLOWING THESE RULES WHEN OWNING A DESIGN OF MINE MAY BE BACKLISTED FROM RECEIVING ANY FURTHER DESIGNS BY ME.

TOS for all my designs: (not including closed-species, they have a separate one.)

1. Do NOT remove my watermark from any artwork, base, or design by me.

2. Do NOT claim the design as your own under any circumstances. If you create a re-design or any edits I should still be credited for the original. 

3. Do NOT sell my designs for more than you bought them for + extra art worth. 

4. Any art of the character BELONGS to the owner of the character, this includes new owners too. Exceptions can be made with very personal art or NSFW art if the new owner is a minor (those are allowed to be discarded/voided).

5. Feel free to re-design the design or make edits to it on a NEW base. Do NOT edit over my artwork please. 

6. Do not VOID my designs.

7. Do NOT sell designs for money that you received via. trade. You may ONLY trade those unless they have additional monetary worth from art etc.

REFRAIN FROM IGNORING RULES DUE TO 'LAZINESS', IT WILL ONLY LEAD TO DISTRUST IN YOU, WITH MINE AND ANY OTHER CLOSED SPECIES.
BREAKING RULES WILL COST YOU BEING REMOVED FROM THE COMMUNITY AND FORBIDDEN FROM RECIEVING NEW LINUDON'S.

Linudon Species Terms of Service:

In order to gain ownership of a Linudon character or receive a Linudon MYO you must read through these Terms of Service. 

By adopting this species you automatically agree to abide by the following terms which will be listed below and apply to every single Linudon. 

If you disagree with any of the rules, please refrain from adopting the species.

| General Rules |

-Linudons are a closed species and therefore you are not allowed to make your own without a MYO which must be registered to you by the owner of the species via the masterlist.

-Do not claim the species or a design that was not made by you as your own.

-You are allowed to use the design for any kind of personal  use as long as full credit for the species and/or design is given.

-Do not trace any artwork or bases created by myself or other individuals without permission. 

-You are allowed to sell, trade or gift your Linudon to someone else, however they must be an existing Linudon owner OR be approved through myself via dms.

| Your rights to the species |

-The first and MOST important rule for your rights to this species is that you are only borrowing the species for the design whether it be via an adopt or MYO. You have full rights to the design itself, and are only granted rights to the species itself through my approval.

-You can develop your Linudon character in any way you wish, whether it be through art, writing, roleplay etc. 

-You are allowed to use artwork of your Linudon character for all personal use, as long as credit is rightfully given to the original creator of each piece and is not claimed as your own.

-If an individual is blacklisted/banned from the species with valid reason (unlawful acts), they cannot recieve new MYOs, official designs of the species or include themselves within the community, however they still have full rights to the design they already have ownership of.

| Adopts |

-Adoptables may be purchased using art, money or a combination of both. 

-Any money payments must be made using Paypal (USD). I will send you an invoice for the payment.

-1 art offer is equivalent to $10, sometimes however this may change and one art offer will be equivalent to a different price.

-After all required payments are complete, you will receive the high quality image of your Linudon.

-Refunds will not be given for adoptables. You lose all rights to the design if it is refunded.

-Do not file charge backs against me without first contacting me and discussing it with me. In the event of a chargeback, you will be blacklisted from my adoptables and I will no longer do business with you.

| Completing payments | 

-Paypal payments must be sent within 24 - 48 hours of me accepting your offer. I do not do holds.

-For every offer you get a week to complete it. And if you do not complete all your offers in time I have the right to place the Linudon up for adoption again.

-I may give an extension as long as at least a portion of the offers are completed.

| Making Changes to Designs |

-To make changes to your Linudon you must first get my permission via dms.

- You are allowed to create a humanoid or anthro design with the linudon as long as proper credit is still given for the original design, as long as you still have ownership of the original Linudon.

-You may not change a Linudon design into another species without proper permission and approval from both sides. As this means that the Linudon will have to be permanently voided from masterlist.

-Changes in markings, saturation and hues of colours, and traits are allowed as long as it isn't too dramatic of a change (e.g. looks like an entirely other design).

-A redesign must resemble the original design in some way, it cannot be completely changed to the point it is unrecognisable as a redesign of the old one. If you'd like to completely change the design, a fee will need to be paid as this counts as a new linudon.

-You may change the gender of your Linudon however many times you wish.

| Trading and selling | 

-Please confirm all trades and sales with me via dms, comments or within the discord server, ESPECIALLY if yourself or the new owner are NOT on-site.

-You may trade/sell your Linudon for money, art or anything else you would wish as payment. You are also allowed to gift them.

-Rights to all artwork of a design transfer go to the new owner when traded, this includes physical items as well.

-If you are reselling your Linudon, you may only resell your design for an equal or lower amount to what you paid for it. If the design comes with additional art that you have created or commissioned you may add the extra worth. Free art does not add monetary worth as that is not fair to the creator of the art, or the new owner, unless discussed otherwise.
