About: Sempervivum /sɛmpəˈvaɪvəm/ is a genus of about 40 species of flowering plants in the Crassulaceae family, known as houseleeks. Other common names include liveforever and hen and chicks. They are succulent perennials forming mats composed of tufted leaves in rosettes. In favourable conditions they spread rapidly via offsets, and several species are valued in cultivation as groundcover for dry, sunny spots
Lore: They are tiny ( 3"-4" ) nature sprites that take care of the land, and sometimes act as pollinators, gathering pollen from plants and sprinkling them around. They have FOUR fingers and toes, and males typically have shorter tails. They all have some amount of chub on them due to excess amounts of glucose in their bodies, though the degrees of it vary on their activity and appetite.
