1. You may only resell at the price you bought it or below
2. You must credit me for the character design the first time you post art of it and always when posting the exact image that came with it.
3. Trading or gifting is OK as long as the credit doesn't get lost in translation

4. You do NOT need my permission to redesign, but if it's redesigned to the point nothing notable was created by me, remove me from the main design credits. Credit me somewhere for the old design(s) if the pics are still around.
If you no longer want a design I made, I might make you art in exchange for it back! You don't have to take me up on this offer of course.
