This design is permitted for personal use. Small artists are permitted to use this commercially. For designs that are free, artists with followings larger than 15,000 users on any social media sites, or projects that garner an audience of more than 15,000 subscribers, are permitted to use the character commercially with a 5% royalty fee on any items sold using the characters likeliness.

RAFFLE OR GIFT: I'd prefer if you gifted, or traded this design you got for free. If you are interested in selling the design please message me and we can work something out. I ask for 50% of the sale for the base design. If there is significant value added onto the character through added imagery or writing, I will ask for less value out of the final sale.

TRADE OR SALE All trades and sales are final, and complete ownership of the character belongs to you. You can resale for a price larger than bought.
