Design Terms of Use
General Character Ownership TOS:
Do NOT remove art of a character you've received! I consider this disrespectful. I would much prefer you create a tab for 'old art' or 'old design' than to delete it entirely.
- Do not sell characters for more than their actual worth
- 1 month cooldown from when you receive a character from me before you are allowed to regift or retrade
- Redesigns are allowed! Just make sure to keep it recognisable
Freebie TOS:
- Freebies cannot be sold for money or currency worth money (e.g. da points) unless they have art worth money
- You can trade freebies if there is added art, but do not use them purely as a trading token! If found to be doing this intentionally, you will be blacklisted.
Other Comments:
- Some of my concept sketches have been given away with permission to trace. If you are concerned or suspicious someone may have traced or stolen my work, please do not hesitate to let me know!
- Please notify me if there is a duplicate of my design
- I do check on characters I've traded or gifted from time to time! I really appreciate seeing new art of them :)
