Cassa had a fairly normal childhood where she spent her time with both her parents, learning about their families and learning her fathers trade.

She would go out on spy missions with her father and occasionally be used to get information using her apparent innocence.

When she turned ten, her mother became pregnant and everyone was happy until something happened. Her mother went into labour and neither her nor the baby made it.

Cassa and her father tried their hardest to keep going

Final Fantasy 7

Cassa became slightly obsessed with a man she had only seen once and began following him around. She ended up making friends with the team he worked with and became very good friends with one of them called Aeris.

She was never allowed to join them when they went to dangerous locations so instead they allowed her to stay at their homes with her father so they weren't out on the streets.

Cassa however kept following them, only to be left horrified when she found out that Aeris had been killed by Sephiroth

Between then and Sephiroth's comeuppance she vanished, not even her father knowing where she was.

Romancing Vincent

After Sephiroth's demise, her father begged the group to find her and after a few days of searching it was Vincent that found her.

He tried to get her back to her father but stopped when she broke down into tears and asked him if he loved her.

Out of pity and to try and get her home, Vincent said that he did and agreed to an open relationship with her purely to ensure that she didn't run off

Advent Children

When Kadaj formed his group and recruited Lulu, Cassa released that her beloved Vincent and his friends would have to fight them and she became determined to try and reduce the numbers of Kadaj's allies.

To do this she set out on her own and rather quickly joined forces with Reno knowing that he wanted Lulu back.

After a short amount of time she realised how much Lulu meant to Reno and she started seeing her task as more for his sake, rather than Vincent's.

Needless to say, Vincent and Tifa weren't happy when they found out what she was doing, since Cassa had no fighting skills. She managed to persuade them to allow her to continue what she was doing, pointing out that they could all fight directly while she always had to sit on the sidelines

Personality

Cassa is quite kind towards most. She's also quite stubborn and knows what she wants and how she wants it.

She gets obsessed with people easily, but these obsessions tend to last a long time.

She rarely does as she's told and can be a bit clueless.
