Deal Breakers
- (Possible to overlook) Not allowing me to make offspring for the character (adopted or biological)
- Strict activity requirements
- Toxic or restrictive original species groups
- Hateful or bigoted content (e.g. they come with pictures of the character at an anti-pride rally - unless the character is being used as the villain/bad guy)
- Requiring permission to use the character in my works
- Take backs or "if you don't do X I will reclaim the character"
- If I have to keep a watermark on the image(s) (cannot be used as a reference if the artist can't see the actual design properly)
- I am not interested in interacting with or trading/buying/selling characters from people who are hateful (against human or animal rights)
- Drawn NSFW images featuring minors (even if they are 16 or 17) or bestiality (including anthro characters) are not for me and I don't want to own a character with those types of images
