Background
Born as the daughter of a well renowned opera singer, Isabel was brought up in luxuries and privilege. Even though her family's lavish lifestyle permeated her childhood, she always found herself enthralled by more humble activities. Despite inheriting her father's beautiful voice, Bella's primary point of interest was rather down to earth: confectionery.
Ever since she was young she was enamored by the art of baking, and she would always watch and help out her mother preparing various types of desserts. She knew very early on that she wanted to become Lurédian's best pastry chef. Initially her parents brushed this off as a childish interest, and wanted her to pursue her natural talent, and join her father in the Opera. Even if they had the best intentions, ultimately only she knew what she really wanted. Eventually, after declining the offer so many times over the course of years, she was free to take the necessary steps to fulfill her desires.
She was fortunate enough to have parents that supported her both emotionally and financially. As she enrolled to the city's best ranking college to study culinary arts, she moved away from her childhood home to gain some independence. After graduating, she rushed to open her own bakery, where she and her friends she met through college would sell their sweet goods.
