Neviah was one of the first half angel-half demons born to the Heavens & Hells during the war between the two sides, and is now the last follower of the Dark Being [henceforth referred to as "DB"] - basically a godly entity that was responsible for such things as the extinction of dinosaurs, nearly tearing the Heavens & Hells apart, and even the attempted murder of the Golden Constant [Basically the other half of the Dark Being], resulting in being locked away into a mortal flesh prison for crimes against humanity and the worlds. Which ended the war not long after his imprisonment.
Before it was locked away, Neviah received an amulet from the Dark Being that held only a fraction of it's powers. This amulet allows them the power of transformation, illusion, subtle mind control/telepathy if the target trusts them, weak healing abilities, they can pull a sort of copy of the DB's sword from it as well that can kill other angels/demons, along with vaguely tracking the DB, and more powers that are unknown as of now. But due to not originally being a powerful entity even close to the DB's level, the amulet has some drawbacks. Currently the most notable one is their eyes can never go back to normal and will remain amorphous blobs. [This hasn't affected their sight terribly. Yet. This is the result of making two major transformations for their body that we currently know of [Pirate form/Present form.]] And feeling weak or even sick if away from the amulet for too long.
They believe the DB will create a perfect world, where none of the bad people or bad things like war exist. Where children don't lose their parents to a war. Or be left alone to basically survive for themselves with only the most basic help. Where people don't have to fear living for being different - all things they've suffered and more. They only had the DB as an influence afterwards and easily came to believe everything the DB ever said - which was a poor choice but this angel-demon is basically stuck in their mind and with their trauma, only trusting the DB now, refusing to hear out anyone else, even the Golden Constant. Refusing to understand the Dark Being was locked away for a reason.
Neviah's current form is their "present form", looking sweet and innocent for the most part. Behind that kind smile is an angry, sad, and tired ancient being that just wants the past to stop haunting them and the future to become bright.
They claim to be a prophet sent by the gods who hopes everyone will welcome them with open arms to "help create a world where no one would ever be hurt." [Most people believe this is just a ploy for Neviah to make friends and run with it.] They're skilled at lying and very manipulative. No one knows their true goals.
Zee is the main one who's extremely suspicious of their behavior due to actually working for the gods, the only reason he does nothing is because his brother pushed the thought that Neviah is simply looking for friends and doesn't know how else to do it.
In the end, Neviah wants to find the DB and free it from it's mortal prison to "fix the worlds." This involves finding the host first which changes everytime the human host dies so Neviah has been searching for ages, unable to track it down. Why do mortals have such short lifespans? Neviah is just about as old as creation itself, and they've been searching for so long.
The current host of the Dark Being is Rex but since he shows no signs of being said host around Neviah, they have no clue.
They also believe they can make sure the DB won't destroy any world because clearly it would never do that, right? Right?
That's just the summary. There's a lot more to this, as this mainly focuses on the present. Past/Pirate arcs to come later.

basically main antagonist of my work right now / doesn't really see themselves as one though?? they've done bad things and are well aware that some actions can't be forgiven but believe those actions were needed for the better of the world. not to mention as old as they are with little success, time takes it's toll on their mind. words aren't exactly going to change their mind.

design notes; present form; can fold wings into hair and basically hide them. amulet MUST be on person at all times. eyes are amorphous blobs, they don't have to be accurate in any way shape or form. usually always has multiple pupils/holes. shorter than past form [about 5 ft.] can have a turtle neck or not. [i prefer the turtleneck but i keep forgetting to draw it]
past form; tallest of the forms [ranging somewhere near 7 ft?] horns are really long and straight up. eyes are normal unlike present form. amulet usually isn't shown but they do own it. hair is always long. sandals and socks...
pirate form; major wip how do you design pirates. i just know they'll have a large ponytail and normal eyes.
