Astral's favorite nephew and the sole employee of her candy shop 'The Sweetest Thing'

He's a dream demon like her, though even if you didn't know that you'd probably describe Shine as a 'Dreamboat'.  He's got a cute boyish face and a very physically fit body that's accentuated by the tight tees and jeans his dear aunt makes him wear as a uniform.  She says it help bring sales in.  He'd just prefer to wear loose tanks and basketball shorts.  He works hard, and works all the time and while his aunt pays good he's been trying to convince her to hire a couple part timers to help out.

Aside from working in the candy shop he's considered unofficial 'security' for Fate Street in general.  Fate Street exists slightly outside of normal reality and doesn't fall under any normal police jurisdiction.  And as Shine is one of the strongest denizens of Fate Street and known for not being able to turn down someone in need... any time someone has particular issues or problems that require... escalation they go to Shine to get something done about them.

And he'll always say yes.

Even though he really just wants a nap.
