Clockwork

“The clock is ticking.. the cycle is ending.”  

Basically convinced that the end of the world is coming as soon as his broken clock runs out.  However, rather than being scared of this, he is rather apathetic of it and seems to lack any emotional capacity at all.  It is assumed that he has gone mad.
