Quick personality: Pepper is into supernatural stuff and crazy theories, the more outrageous something sounds, the better, if you let him talk non-stop you'll sit for hours listening to increasingly stranger stories with him getting more excited about them the more time passes. He does a lot of research on these topics and loves to bring them up whenever possible, and it usually leads to mixed reactions but most of the other dogs are supportive, even if they don't really get it. He can tell Jasper is confused but willing to listen and Rusty... He just finds him hilarious, he doesn't understand how, he isn't telling any jokes? Sometimes he even tries talking back to him about his stuff, and of course, he's saying even bigger nonsense than him but...
