Design Terms of Use
You are not allowed to remove any credits of ours or others', unless the character and or piece(s) have been miscredited.
You are not allowed to remove our art or designs from Toyhouse, even if you trade them offsite.
You may not trace our art, copy, steal, or use our designs for heavy inspiration. Color picking is fine, as long as you don't copy the species and or distinguishing features, such as markings.
You may not resell a character for more than it is worth without permission. (Customs received in a trade automatically have a worth of $0 and may not be sold for any currency, including digital. This shouldn't have to be elaborated, but some asshole decided to sell a traded custom for ~$42 in digital currency.)
Our designs may not be owned/gifted/traded/sold to Endogenic "systems", tulpas, mixed origin "systems", zoophiles, MAPs, racists, etc.
If we catch you doing any of these, we have the right to block you, as well as blacklist you.
