Instead of sleeping she's reading, ofc she's the librarian. Now now don't be so quick to judge, she's also very willed when it comes to learning. She will do all she can to help a student if they need it. Quirk: Minds Eye Quirk Description: While not used for battle or anything of the sort, Chika mainly uses her quirk for the betterment of knowledge. Her 'minds eye' or sixth sense is used to collect knowledge which she collects in many books, securing one of the most extensive collections in her multi-story library. Is this vague? Good! No one really knows quite how her quirk works only that it does. Weaknesses: She's unable to know plans or events beforehand only keeping track of those that have already happened, she writes this down in books but can't show people what still remains a mystery. For instance she's physically unable to talk or show people the secrets of villain plots, is she tries to she can't speak. Motivations: "For the betterment of the future" She logs events at incredible speeds hoping that publicly known knowledge could help the students. People don't know that she holds such knowledge and unfortunately they never will.
