Profile
Libby (Ms. Quinzan to her students) is a professor of Panorpidan Studies at Xalen Memorial University, the first Panorpidan ever to teach at the prestigious school. Though she greatly enjoys her job, she can typically be found letting loose in Ruca's Corner Lounge with a Sidewinder Fang or two (or twelve) after a long day of work. She secretly longs for companionship, though most patrons find her drunken attitude (and formidable Quattor Armatis martial arts skills) more than a little intimidating.
