summers

(hi. summers is one of my sonas now. wow, it's almost like the character i've been drawing to represent me for 3 years actually represents me. huh. probably big things will change on this page as i decide wtf i'm doing. i promise i'll write something a bit more fitting here as a description but for now i'll leave the Funny Text)

summers was the star of my original art blog, @ice-cream-summers on tumblr (it's still up if you're curious). i created summers kind of without thinking because i wanted to draw an animal character (summers was originally a cat). summers is not really so much a character as they are an easier to draw stand-in for myself. if you really want a backstory, imagine they live in a chicago suburb and listen to copious amounts of minimalist percussion ensemble music. they have been a sophomore in college for 7 years and live in the realm of eternal autumn. they go to tiny animal college and go to barking 101 and scratching 201 and are a howling and snarling double major. summers materialized one day inside a portillo's and was raised on a diet of hot dogs and chocolate cake shakes. they are gay?? they met god in a shopping mall in 2008.
