Overseer and guardian of MALDACHATH THE CRUEL, husband of LECHISTOPHELES OF THE DEEP, fabricated by Maldachath's most visceral thoughts made manifest. Hadraniel serves as a secret messenger to and from the pair while Maddie is imprisoned, frequently bringing news of the outside world and Leslie's thoughts at the time of its arrival. It is said mortals are heralded of Hadraniel's approach by seeing dark, shadowy hands form at the edges of their vision, and by feeling as if someone is frequently tapping on their shoulder.
