Stormy's design is very flexible, as I often cycle through a variety of outfits in-game. The only cosmetics that must remain the same are their Bowing Medalist hair and Thoughtful Director mask. Though the pre-loaded outfit seen in their infobox can be used as a default, any combination of the other cosmetics available as options in it and any other cosmetics I've already drawn them in are fair game. Their colors do not need to be kept consistent either—feel free to eyeball it or more closely reference the in-game depictions of the cosmetics they're being drawn with.
Stormy was born for the first time as a moth near the end of the Season of Dreams. They were present for all following Seasonal Events through the Season of Shattering, then took a break until the beginning of the Season of Revival, and are currently still active.
