Vertigo is a sinner demon that died in the 1980s and one of the many Overlords of Hell. He's specifically a frog demon and owns part of the entertainment industry, specifically video games.
He's known as a party animal and a popular influencer, alongside Velvette. He's also got a reputation for being quite tricky, as although its easy to get hiim to make deals, he always finds a loophole that would go against the person on the other end of the deal.

- Him being a frog demon was inspired by the game Frogger..
- Vertigo's outfit is someowhat space/racing themed to reflect how common/popular racing/space games were in arcades back in the 80s.
- Vertigo's yellow/red eyes are inspired my old art of pacman where the characters would either have yellow or red eyes.
