it has the head of a goat, the body of a dog and the tail of a dragon. typically covered in sheets, those that make eyecontact with it become persuaded to join its cult. there they witness dancing, song and much debauchery all in its honor. most people do not remember the events the following day.
during full moons it can turn into a human.
