About

HISTORY

Billie and her three siblings come from a large family of vampires, originating as a popular butchery business many years ago. Nowadays, the family has gained wealth and notoriety for producing and training hunters, an idea put into place by Billie's parents.

Billie was chosen to become a hunter not long after her birth. She was home-schooled and trained starting at the age of five. At first, she was simply taught about weaponry and tracking, and eventually moved on to fighting with and practicing skills on trainers and her peers. Billie surpassed pretty much every other hunter in her age group and never disappointed with her work - however, she was often a pain to work with due to her introverted and disobedient personality. Billie did not get along well with trainers or other vampire children. She seemed particularly fond of human kids, but lacked the communication skills and approachable manner to make friends.

Billie had her first true test at age ten, a werewolf who was currently in his human form, tied to a chair for her to kill. Billie shot the man without hesitation, passing this test with ease. At fourteen, Billie was sent to kill her first "real" werewolf that had been spotted approaching a quiet village. It was a success, but resulted in a broken and mangled left leg + thigh after being ravaged by the creature. Billie's leg only recovered to an extent, and she still struggles with weak muscle tone and pain to this day; a constant reminder of her first ever true hunt. Despite her slight disability, Billie was still convinced to continue her work by pretty much everyone, aside from her servant who wishes she would retire early.

Luckily for everyone around her, Billie mellowed with age. By eighteen, Billie was one of the most famous hunters in the country after becoming responsible for dozens of werewolf exterminations, her victories being presented on newspapers, television and the internet. Billie holds a lot of power and is respected by most other hunters, but there as some who view her as competition or a rival.... She couldn't care less, though.

VAMPIRE BEAST FORM DESCRIPTION

A large, flying-fox like creature with antlers. Her wings are torn around the edges and have multiple holes; they are used for climbing, gliding and jumping, not flying. Her body is mostly covered in very short fur, apart from the long hair around her face and neck, and skin around her belly, fingers, toes, etc. She has pointy silver teeth and a black prehensile tongue. She can talk normally in this form, but also uses clicks and piercing shrieks loud enough to temporarily deafen a person.

The beast form has multiple versions and stages. At full form, she can either have just wings (like a bat), or four full limbs with arms and wings.

Personality / trivia

Billie mostly tries to ignore her weak leg, but it can hinder or cripple her at times. It has resulted in plenty of clumsy accidents and near-death experiences. She can be seen using a walking cane in her free time - Although, she absolutely hates the things, and tries her best to persevere using stubbornness alone.

Not only is she skilled in hunting werewolves, Billie often tracks and hunts for her own meals. If she's not attending dinners or parties with fellow hunters, her diet mostly consists of rabbits, game birds, deer and fish.

Billie doesn't attend as many outings or conversations as most hunters, and has no interest in teaming up. As for their group chats, it's difficult to get anything but a one-word reply from her - to be fair, she's an old person when it comes to technology.

• Despite her feared reputation, Billie is introverted but friendly enough to others. She has no reason to harm those who aren't werewolves or those who don't have information on them.

Billie is an outdoorsy person and can feel unsettled in small inside areas. She will need to have windows open to feel comfortable.

Her favourite place to be is in the woods at night beside a campfire. But she also enjoys quiet open inns, diners and bars (despite only drinking water).

Billie is guarded and rarely gives people her trust. Even if her trust is gained, it is very easy to lose, often for reasons that aren't obvious.

Billie's servant, Oliver, has been working for her since she was eleven, and he was ten. He is more of a companion than a servant, as she prefers him doing "whatever he wants". He is mostly there to improve her image, because her family say so, and because it's the regular rich household thing to do. She doesn't trust him completely, but more so than anyone else.

Billie thinks her antlers are annoying. They are usually shaved down by Oliver (She becomes careless and makes a mess of it herself).

As a vampire, Billie doesn't need much sleep. She always sleeps sat up or leant on something, not properly laying down unless she feels completely safe.

She has a soothing, monotone voice.

A lot of Billie's toughness comes from her part-time job and hobby, breaking and training the biggest and baddest horses. Her favourite horse is her giant black thoroughbred. She has unbelievable patience with horses.

She seems to prefer humans over any other humanoid creature. She enjoys people watching with a seemingly envious gaze.

She mostly hates skin-to-skin contact and people invading her personal bubble. Unfortunately, training and hunting results in plenty of it. She wears long sleeves and gloves to avoid it as much as possible.

Billie often has to dress formally for the public image. She actually prefer more casual clothing, with simple shirts, leather jackets and heavy duty boots (perfect for her hobbies).

• Although she doesn't care for luxuries, as she's always spent her life very comfortable financially, Billie doesn't have much concept of money.

Her clothing often carries around the smell of pine, earth or the ash from her campfires.

She's surprisingly good at listening to other people's problems, but gives straightforward and blunt advice.
