1. Don't modify MY art in any case, if there's anything you want me to change, just tell me and I'll do it no problem
2. Changing the design is okay, I don't mind, just don't modify the piece of art itself
3. Don't claim the original design as your own, remember to credit me
4. DON'T use my art or designs to spread hate and/or gross stuff like CP
5. Idc about NSFW of my designs as long as you're not a minor and it's not some illegal shit. I do not condone any of that
6. Please don't delete an adopt's th, if you absolutely need to hmu and let me know the reason so I can create a copy of them (I will not use the design nor sell it, it's just there for storage)
7. I'd prefer if you didn't private/hide a character's profile but in case you do, please let me know first as I'd like to make sure you're not going to break any of the rules on my TOS

R E S E L L I N G  &  E T C

1. You are allowed to resell, regift or retrade a character
2. DON'T resell, regift or retrade my designs to anyone in my blacklist
3. DON'T resell the character for more than you paid, unless there is extra art!
4. Gifts are allowed to be resold for currency if they have extra art added after getting them, please do not sell for absurd amounts and be fair taking into account art appraisal & commission values
5. Close friends (whitelist) are allowed to resell gifts, traded designs made by me and resell for more than they paid for
6. If it's an emergency and you absolutely need money pls let me know your situation so I can give you my permission to resell for more
7. You are allowed to resell adopts you bough ($$ and DA pts ONLY!) for other currencies like DA pts (but only the equivalent of what you bought it for) and ac (go wild). Ex: You bought a character for $15, u can resell it for 1500pts, vice versa
8. Ac idc for how much you resell since ac is pretty useless these days. You can't resell characters you bought with ac for $$ or DA pts tho
