About...
A toothy grin compliments Tvashtr's antics, which involve crafting artifacts of great power and launching them blindly into the world (statistically, the seabed). Though his creations range from weapons to trinkets to jewelry, they all find commonality in their strength and potency of enchantment. Thus, when Tvashtr announces the location of new loot, there's always a global scramble to reach it first.
He turns down requests for hire and offers of work, preferring instead to remain unaffiliated and - more importantly - not tied down to any one country. Though the generals of Passane and Alleria especially clamber for his forging, the threat of his partner(?) Syrinx's rage prevents (any more) kidnapping attempts.
Though he's open to autographs, he rarely leaves the ferry.
Personality...
Casual and lighthearted, though with a bit of inappropriate nonchalance and swearing. Very obviously thinks of himself as a free spirit and has the disrespect to back it up. A bit territorial and defensive over his identity/his 'things' but otherwise very easy to get along with. Enjoys doing random bs to scare or impress the people around him.
If you ask Syrinx if they're romantically involved, he says no. If you ask Tvashtr, he laughs.

Abilities...
Flames: Steel Gray Flame, Dominion of Forging
Tvashtr's Flame allows him to intuit the prime methods of crafting and creating anything involving metal, leather, or wood, and naturally strengthens any enchantments he places on the finished products. It generally only extends to things that are heated at some point in the process.
Powers...
Tvashtr is a Zlimi, meaning that he can control his slime-body like clay - which he uses typically during large forging projects. He is also capable of using magic, unlike his cousin-race Beauts.
His core is in the shape of a star.
Artifacts...
He slingshots them as soon as he makes them. Notably, a lot of rare weapons or enchanted jewelry in Flameverse is of Tvasthr's make. There are people who catalogue his creations best they can.
