An inquisitive mind that was created through frankenstein-esque methods to exist as an intelligent 'database' of information by the Mad Scientist, Core. What the scientist didn't predict, however, was that the parts used to construct the Cybertronian-type creature's neural network contained enough normal Cybertronian base-data to develop a normal level of sentience and intelligence to have a mind of it's own, much to the scientist's dismay, and so it was fully aware of everything going on around it as any normal Cybertronian would be, which is why it so often attempted to escape from the lab it was created in.
