QUIRK : WATER FREEZE
- Can attract water to his body (Kinda like waterbending)
- If the water is too far away he won't be able to control it tho
- Can also be other liquids as long as they're at least 50% water
- He can instantly freeze (and somewhat shape) the water touching his skin
- The frozen water is very hard to melt
- He can NOT freeze items or other people with his quirk, only liquids
- Ice immediately melts and return to its liquid form if it loses contact with his skin
- Scaly parts of his body is cold resistant
- Usually uses the ice to either sheild his body or create sharp weapons
- Good swimmer and can hold his breath for a long time
- Hands pretty much always a bit chilly, sometimes even covered in thin layers of ice
