A private inspector working in Ylteria.
Nethan is a rather calm and distanced person - personal relationships are basically nonexistent in his life. After a lot of tragic events in his past, he stopped getting closer to others and only stays on a provider-client-base. Even if the other person tries to get to know him better, Nethan usually blocks any of those attempts as soon as they appear.
Only after a series of events, his behaviour slowly starts to change and he gives warming up towards others another chance; mostly due a certain someone playing a huge role in this.
Design Details
- He always wears two collars around his neck.
- He has a bandage around his wrist and never takes it off, as he hides a scald scar below.
- Please don't draw him with any piercings.

- He owns three snakes as pets.
- He is more or less ambidextrous; he was right-handed but after the scald incident he used his left hand more often to avoid pain. By now, he can use both hands almost equally well.
Backstory

"[RESET]" Storyline
One day, when he was alone in his bureau, Nethan suddenly felt an extreme burning sensation around his neck that it almost stole his breath.

Personally, if it wouldn't be for the mass of information Rän can deliver him somehow, Nethan would rather have nothing to do with him. He doesn't really trust Rän, yet he's still the best source of all kinds of things he need. Sadly, working with Rän is a pain and nothing makes up to it...
On the bright side, Rän seems to be scared of snakes, so keeping his lovely pet snakes close also helps Nethan to keep Rän on a good distance from himself.
At least... that's how it was for most of the time... until that day... until that call...
His last moments.. his last words... and his death... it reminded Nethan of something from long ago, that he wished he could have prevented... But this time... this time, he could prevent it, right?
And so Nethan tried to use the loop to save Rän, over and over again. Failing, over and over again. No matter what he did. Being nice. Being awful. Even physically hurting Rän didn't do anything, that guy even apologized for making him hate him.
Due to the immense guilt, Nethan took another approach: Forcing himself to get into a relationship with Rän, as the younger one's feelings weren't just played but real. Even though it still changed nothing about the outcome, as Nethan got closer and actually got to know him, he slowly started to appreciate Rän more - and his attempts to save him became more genuine.
