DESPITE THE NAME DR. UNICORN IS ACTUALLY KIND OF MESSED UP, LIKE A LOT MESSED UP.
DR UNICORN was the first animal/human hybrid the government ever though of making and a damn weird start to the whole project at that!
Harnessing the newly discovered, interdimensional element of magic (a bit too much to be sure), the scientists began their experiment, and in due time Dr. Unicorn was made!!! Dr. Unicorn is extremely, unfairly powerful, having the highest capability for magic out of anyone on earth, and given their sense of superiority that came with their status as the first ever in a long line of hybrids, they quickly became the leader of the hybrid-making initiative itself through intimidation and really relentless show of power alone. For the most part, no one gets in Dr. Unicorn's way unless they never want to be heard from again.
Dr. Unicorn is exactly what you'd get if you gave a kid who regularly shopped at the Justice store in their local strip mall unlimited power. Undoubtedly, Unicorn is a dangerous individual, but zey nowhere act the part. Dr. Unicorn is fun and bubbly and zey LOVE things like sparkles and slime and other rainbowy things but also zey can kill anyone zey want. The only thing holding Dr. Unicorn back from wiping out humanity en masse is xer intense waves of hyperactivity and distractability. Most of the time they're busy doing their own whatever or too caught up in the unfathomable workings of their otherworldly brain to care about intimidating people more than they already do.
Zey create things not because zey love humanity or love life inherently it's more of a fuck around find out thing. Dr. Unicorn creates life just for the thrill of it without any considerations of the consequences, which isn't different from how they usually operate. Zey have no idea how life works beyond "this thing breathes, ain't that weird?" or that things have consciousness and maybe it's bad to create a living human ear or whatever. They don't care, and if one of their creations goes against them, they will not hesitate to get back at them. A big theme with Dr. Unicorn is randomness and they don't have a lot of reasoning behind their actions, they just do things on a whim. They're anything but serious and can't really fathom being anything other than a fun-loving all-powerful goofball unless something really gets to them

- dr unicorn is beyond gender. when first introduced to the concept the doc thought it was a joke
- uni is 8 feet tall. idk i dont have a good concept of height just know this unicorn is taller than you and your friend combined
- it doesnt leave the lab often if at all. its really reclusive and only leaves if absolutely necessary, otherwise it'll just get its friends to do whatever it requests for it
- xer favorite type of music is death metal andddddd happy hardcore
