Somata's Ownership

Upon obtaining a design by me, you agree to the following terms.
Please note: Failing to follow these terms will result in you earning a spot on my blacklist & being unable to participate in further sales/games I may host.

(1) Once obtained a design, do not resell, trade, or regift a design within 30 days of obtaining. This is a common courtesy thing. If you do not think you will actually use my design, I do ask that you do not enter/purchase the character.

(2) Designs by me cannot be resold for higher than their base value- unless additional artwork has been purchased for them (adding artwork done by yourself does not count).
(Example: A design you have been gifted or obtained freely through a game cannot be resold for monetary value (unless meets the terms above) and can only be regifted or traded away.

(3) Yes! You are more than welcome to have designs I've made that you own turned into Closed Species (CS)! If the design is already of a different closed or open species that I do not own however, please be sure to confirm with the species owner that it is okay that a design of their species be adapted to a different closed species!

(4) Do I allow Redesigns to my designs?: Yes! Just keep to the spirit of the original design and keep my credits as the original designer!

(5) I do have a blacklist. Please do not purchase designs/customs for anyone on my blacklist for any reason (you may resell/trade to them, however, if you loose connection with said character). If you would like to see a copy of my blacklist, please privately reach out to me. I do ask that you do not attack anyone on my blacklist, as it is mainly a "for-me" list to remember who I will no longer be doing buissness with.
