I will retain the rights and intellectual property.
I have the rights to refuse giving the adopt to anyone for any reason.
I might use the adopt as examples for people who want a custom or in a portfolio.
Purchased adopts are yours to roleplay, write, draw about and get art of etc, so no need to ask me if you can!

I am willing to do holds but for no longer then 96hr without a genuine reason for a longer one.
Feel free to ask me about buy backs, just know i'm not obligated to buyback the adopt.
Do not re-sell until 48hrs after purchase, i don't want an adopt bought just for it to be sold straight after.
If i do buyback the adopt i have the rights to keep them or sell them to someone else.
Please do not ask me to lower my prices, it's really hurtful and discouraging.

Reselling is totally fine just be sure to give me credit and don't claim the design as your own.
Feel free to raise the price based off how much art the design has gained, no need for my permission!
If the design was made as a gift I'd rather you didn't sell them.

I have the rights to refuse creating a custom for anyone for any reason.
If you wish for a refund i have a right to keep the custom or sell it as an adopt to someone else.
Extra fees may be added for accsessories or complexity etc. but I'll 100% tell you if that's the case.
