Penny is a firecracker just waiting to go off. She loves being in the center of attention, but refuses to put up with any nonsense. This turtledog is a shameless flirt and will try to be friends with just about anyone. Although, you cross her and you'll wish you hadn't. She'll go for the low-blows and try to get you where it hurts the most. She can be rather cruel, but overall, in general she is the life of the party, bubbly, talkative, and attempts to push you just outside of your comfort zone to experience new bouts of fun.

For as long as Penny could remember she grew up in the foster care system. She never knew why, never knew who her parents were. At first it bothered her, but as she got older, she just ended up not really caring, figuring that if they didn't care enough to keep her, then she shouldn't care enough to fantasize about them. instead of concerning herself with fantasies, she focused on who she was. Granted, she doesn't have the best personality in the world, but she has immense amount of love for herself, since she didn't see anyone else in her childhood life who loved her, so she decided that she should, at least, love herself. That's exactly what she did. Although, unsure if her love for herself played a factor in all her foster families not wanting her, she didn't care much. Penny wasn't about to change herself for the benefit of someone's ideals.

When Penny hit the age of 16 she ran away from the orphanage, sick of being continuously reject by several families, and being told how she has to act. She found herself far away from the place that she was suppose to call home. It didn't take her long to get herself a job at a small cafe as a barista. When she turned 18 she got her GED and had managed to save up enough money to go to a community college. It was there where she found her love for acrylic paints. Since then she has finished community college with an art major, yet still works at the same little cafe as a barista.

• Penny was raised in a foster home. She was never adopted by any single family, but rather was bounced from family to family until she ran away when she was a teenager, and has never looked back.
• Penny wasn't always her name. Her birth name was Danielle, often called Danny. She changed her name after running away from the foster home, and the name Penny had grown on her so much that when he was an adult, she legally changed her name from Danielle to Penelope.
• Penny works as a barista at a little cafe, and loves her job full-heartedly, as she gets to socialize with others and get paid for it, and she gets free coffee!
• Penny's favorite drink in the whole wide world is a caramel macchiato...with extra caramel.
• Penny has a dislike of crayons because as a form of punishment for drawing on the walls, was one of her foster families made her eat the crayons.
