Barbs are extremely poisonous, can stun a fully grown dragon with one swipe.
He's not that mean though, I promise. Eels just intimidates the other seawings, he's a little clumsy and has been known to accidentally smack another dragon with his tail, it's never on purpose!
After Eels was hatched, he was isolated from his community and raised in solitude by a dragon he doesn't even remember. His egg was the only one from the clutch that survived, he always wonders what life would've been like if he grew up with siblings or friends.
Eels is well-read and resourceful, he lives very deep in the ocean among multiple fissures and underwater vents. The seawings that reside there are able to withstand the pressure and temperature, the only issue is that they can't go to the surface because there's not enough pressure and they can't breathe air, they're fully aquatic.
Eels is fully aware of his strong poison and knows that if he were to swipe a dragon twice, they would die. It scares him and everyone is friendly towards him but approaches with caution. He just wants to be friendly and safe.
