Lucille’s younger, self-obsessed brother. Less innately violent than his sister, but still extremely entitled, possessive and liable to eat people over petty things. A pathetic and sickly creature that has made a permanent residence in the mountains where he languishes in his woes and laments his poor health. Tries to get people to follow him and ask what’s wrong just so he can be vague about it. Whether he actually experiences such deep emotion or if he’s desperately trying to emulate it for attention and to lure victims is up to debate. His neck is capable of stretching out to impossible lengths and he will often snake it down mountain paths to talk with travellers and try to convince them that he’s a god who wants them to jump off the cliff edge to prove their devotion to him.
note - neck can be any length & face can be any combination of leonine/draconic/humanoid, everything works <:^)
