Cielo is a font of information, if you have the right amount of money to get it out of her. Greedy as she is, Cielo likes to think of herself as an expert at judging people's characters. If she decides that she doesn't like your attitude then she will not give you any information, regardless of how much money you offer her. She tries not to ever appear too serious, worried that it may reveal exactly where her loyalties lie. She tries not to keep anyone too close, though she does have a few people that she considers friends.
