Keato "Ketzo" De Costa runs a bakery near the city center where he runs a night shift serving mostly for the nocturnal people of the area. He tends to keep to himself nowadays, though he used to try to be far more involved in city matters. He and his husband Caliban enjoy doing their work and spending time at home relaxing with their small pet dragon named Pogo.
